Dainty Miss is a later-blooming precious white dwarf Jonquilla with several fragrant blossoms to each stem. The American Daffodil Society (ADS) awards the John and Gertrude Wister Award to garden outstanding daffodils and awarded Dainty Miss in 2006. Dainty Miss also earned the Award of Merit in 2012. The ADS describes Jonquilla daffodils as usually having several flower heads per stem. Its flowers are often fragrant, and the stem is round. Jonquilla also have foliage that can be described as 'rush-like.'
