Wheatear daffodil

Wheatear daffodil

Availability: OUT OF STOCK

Unique coloring with a yellow trumpet that turns to pure white and reflexed yellow petals distinguishes this Cyclamineus daffodil. Another special hybrid daffodil from Grant Mitsch's Bird Series, Wheatear earned the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit (AGM) in 2014. Daffodils categorized by the American Daffodil Society as Cyclamineus have petals that are significantly reflexed, and cups that are straight and narrow. The flower is positioned at an acute angle to the stem, with a very short neck.
